I have this rest on my APA Mamba.

This is my second drop-away rest, and it is by far my favourite. It is solid, rugged and simple to tune. It has given me zero issues over the time that I have been using it.

The only annoyance (if I can call it that) is that you can’t side-load this rest, as mentioned by reviewer Jason. However, you quickly get used to front-loading it. The benefit is that you have full containment, which is a huge plus when in a hunting situation.

Highly recommended!

Ordered this rest with a king cobra 90lb. perfect simple functional rest. zero issues with it. I do get some vane contact using 2 inch blazers but it does not affect accuracy. It is a safe, reliable, quality, functional rest. If you prefer side loading with a whisker biscuit style rest this rest will not allow you to do that. You either have to rear or front load an arrow. I find it easier to front load arrows with this rest. highly recommend APA products.

I’ve been a bow hunter for 35 years and have tried lots of bow rest over that period. When I was searching for a new rest, I reviewed all of the big name rest that everyone else was using and I still wasn’t satisfied. Then I came across APA’s Twister FC and placed an order, It’s been 2 years and I still haven’t needed to retune it like many others in the past. As far as I’m concerned, it’s the best low maintenance and well built bow rest out there.

Best rest out there to date . I have them on both my bows and put them to the test many times. They have never gone out of tune and I haven’t touched them since I installed them almost 2 years ago . if you don’t own this rest your still hunting for a clue
